Goat lung surfactant for treatment of respiratory distress syndrome in preterm neonates in India
This Supplement includes articles related to a randomized study of an indigenous affordable goat lung surfactant developed in India. It was tested in preterm neonates with respiratory distress syndrome. The investigators also share their experience of conducting a neonatal trial in a resource limited setting.
