Artificial intelligence: Digital humanities, business, & society

Along with the rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT), artificial intelligence (AI) increasingly becomes a core component of the daily activities of businesses and society in general. AI is gaining traction quickly, with an impact on all aspects of daily life. Because of the impact and challenges that the use of AI in everyday life has on society, AI has become a hot topic that requires attention. AI can provide the opportunity for jobs that do not require complex decision-making skills to take over human tasks. But to what extent can the role of AI take over the decision-making process at the individual, organisational, or societal level? As a result, this Collection provides an opportunity to specifically discuss the role of AI in human and societal aspects.
