Continuing education alternatives for professional development

Abstract

Continuing education is an important, and often required, activity for those involved in laboratory animal science to remain abreast of developments in the field. The authors contrast many of the different professional development opportunities, from on-campus courses, to online programs, to correspondence courses, helping readers to determine which form best meets their individual needs.
