Abstract
A STAR with an unusual emission-line spectrum is described here which is associated with a variable point radio source, and possibly also with a variable X-ray source and the radio supernova remnant (SNR) W50 (G39.7−2.0). The radio, X-ray and optical properties of the star seem to be similar to those of the radio/X-ray/optical star Circinus X-1, tentatively associated with the supernova remnant G321.9−0.3. Such objects may represent an identifiable subclass of stellar remnants for supernovae.
