Similarity of the crystal and solution structure of yeast tRNAPhe

Abstract

A comparison of the crystal and the solution structure of yeast tRNAPhe has been carried out by calculating the low field NMR spectrum from refined X-ray structure coordinates. The similarity between the computed and observed spectra show that the crystal and solution structure are virtually identical.
