Collection of Lymph from Kidneys Homotransplanted in Man: Cell Transformation in vivo

Abstract

ALTHOUGH there have been careful studies1–3 of the successive steps of lymphocyte sensitization by histocompatibility antigens in vitro, it has not yet been demonstrated directly that the same cell transformation takes place in vivo after a human organ allograft.
