Abstract
Measurements of the 3° K cosmic blackbody radiation at frequencies below about 1 GHz have a limited accuracy because radiation from the Galaxy becomes a dominant component. Measurements at 408 MHz and 610 MHz nevertheless show that there is a radiation component at these frequencies which is consistent with a blackbody spectrum of about 3° K.
