Abstract
IN previous reports, we have described the separation of the group-specific (“A” antigen) and type-specific (“C” antigen) subunits of adenovirus 12 (ref. 1) and the “T” antigens2 of the highly oncogenic group A adenoviruses, and we have described, using indirect methods, the production of type-specific antigen in virus free hamster tumour cells induced by adenovirus type 12 (ref. 3).
