Presence of Two Ph1 Chromosomes in Cells from a Patient with Chronic Granulocytic Leukaemia

Abstract

THE ‘Philadelphia’ chromosome first described by Nowell and Hungerford1 is characteristic of chronic granulocytic leukaemia and can be demonstrated in the myelocytic cells of most cases.
