Abstract
IN earlier papers1,2 the psychomotor depression produced by an intraperitoneal injection of catecholamines in mice was described. We found that the depression produced by adrenaline did not depend on peripheral autonomic phenomena and was not influenced by the adrenergic blocking agent phentolamine (‘Regitin’1); it was, however, inhibited by methylamphetamine2.
