Use of Antibodies on an Insoluble Support for Specific Detection of Radioactive Antigens

Abstract

WHEN investigating the biosynthesis of different proteins and other compounds it appears to be necessary to isolate them from complex mixtures in order to measure radioactivity. The method of co-precipitation is often used, but it is somewhat limited. We tried to develop a new method for detecting radioactive antigens free of these limitations.
