Abstract
THE pig's ‘Myopathie exsudative et dépigmentaire’1 which is called ‘Muskel degeneration’ in Denmark and ‘white muscle disease’ in the Anglo-Saxon countries, includes biochemical and physico-chemical disturbances which influence the quality of the meat.
