Abstract
FELDBERG et al.1,2 have shown that guinea pigs are protected to some degree against a lethal histamine aerosol by injection of extracts of Hungarian oak gall. As well as confirming these results, we have shown that the extracts exert some protection against other agonists. However, the work reported raises the question of the mode of action of these extracts.
