Blocking Effect of Tetrahydroaminacrin on a New Psychotomimetic Agent

Abstract

TETRAHYDROAMINACRIN, a cholinesterase inhibitor, has been found to be an effective antidote to induced ‘model psychosis’ as well as the central and peripheral effects of an acetylcholine inhibitor, JB 329, in eight cases.
