Abstract
IN connexion with work on the fractionation of proteins by specific immunochemical methods, the dissociation of antigen–antibody complexes has been studied. The aim was to effect this dissociation by less drastic methods than those used hitherto for obtaining antibody1 and if possible to isolate antigen free from antibody.
