Abstract
IN a previous communication1 we have shown that reserpine causes a similar percentage loss of adrenaline and noradrenaline from the adrenal gland of the rat. Subsequent recovery of the adrenal amine content was found to be slow. Experiments have now been performed to determine whether this action of reserpine is central or peripheral.
