Abstract
SEALED-OFF models of a successful scale-of-ten counter electron tube have been completed in this laboratory. The objective has been to develop a small single-tube decade which would operate at a low anode voltage and indicate the count by displaying numbers projected electronically on a fluorescent screen at the end of the bulb.
