IN the Bulletin of the, Central Meteorological Observatory of Japan, vol. 4, No. 2, Prof. T. Okada gives a very thorough discussion of the climate of Japan. It is divided into three sections, entitled, “Climato-graphy”, “Climatology”, and “Climatic Tables”.
