Abstract

IT is admittedly unwise to judge a book by its cover. It would seem to be quite unsafe to judge it by its title. Two books, by a quaint coincidence very alike in their titles, demand noticetogether. Notwithstanding their initial similarity, they each appeal to a distinctly different class of readers.
