Cosmo Melvill, of Manchester; Prof. Lloyd Morgan, of Bristol; Prof. Alleyne Nicholson, F.R.S., of Aberdeen; Dr. Scharff, of Dublin; Dr. Traquair, F.R.S., of Edinburgh; Canon Tristram, F.R.S., of Durham; Lieutenant-Colonel R.
