Abstract
THE health of M. Leverrier is so far restored as to enable him to stay at Dieppe during the bathing season. Learning that he intended to travel for his health, the new Minister of Public Instruction offered M. Leverrier a special credit for expenses, on the ground that βit is the national interest to preserve a man who is an honour to the nation.β
