Description

Opportunity for a junior post-doctoral researcher to join Paul Martin and Sam Solomon on projects funded by the Australian National Health and Medical Research Council. The topic is the neural basis of colour and form vision in primates. Methods include single-and multi-unit recording, anatomical tract-tracing, and linear systems analysis using high-and low-level computing tools.

Demonstrated experience in electrophysiological methods is essential, as is a strong desire for intellectual advancement and willingness to work as part of a team. Experimental work will be primarily based at the National Vision Research Institute of Australia, close to the cosmopolitan heart of Melbourne, Australia.
