Dr Timothy McCulloch is currently Professor of Otolaryngology at the University of Washington and Chief of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle Washington. He manages a diverse practice centered on the treatment of head and neck malignancy, but includes a large volume of voice and swallow disorder patients. Prior to taking his current position he held appointments at the University of Iowa and Veteran's Administration hospital in Iowa City. During the time his complete a significant amount of research on human voice and swallow utilizing primarily electromyography as a research tool. He has served as President of the Iowa Academy of Otolaryngology and the President of the Dysphagia Research Society. He published over 70 scientific article and 15 book chapters.

Debra Jaffe

Debra Jaffe  

Dr Debra Jaffe is a pediatric otolaryngologist in private practice in West Palm Beach Florida. She completed her residency and a NIH research fellowship in otolaryngology at the University of Iowa College of Medicine. She then completed a two-year pediatric otolaryngology clinical fellowship at the Children's Hospital in San Diego. She has an interest in treating pediatric patients with dysphagia.
