Abstract
Periarticular calcification of three paraplegic patients was treated by the intravenous administration of disodium ethylenediamine tetra-acetic acid (disodium edetate), 50 mg. per kilogram of body weight, for a total of 15 days each. No clinical improvement by any criterion resulted. An effective treatment has yet to be described.
