The News Feature on drugs in sport (Nature 407, 124–127; 2000) described the new blood test for erythropoietin as the work of the Australian Institute of Sport. In fact, the project also involved the Australian Sports Drug Testing Laboratory, the China Doping Control Centre, the Norway University of Physical Education and Sport, and the universities of Quebec, Montpellier and Melbourne.
