Pituitary Growth Hormone Essential for Regulation of Serum Cholesterol

Abstract

PITUITARY growth hormone was found to be essential in the normal regulation of the rat's serum cholesterol during a study of the cause(s) of the hypercholesterolaemia usually observed in the hypophysectomized rat.
