Crystallization of Transfer Ribonucleic Acids from Unfractionated Mixtures

Abstract

A high yield of crystals of yeast tRNA has been obtained from unfractionated preparations. It appears that many of the tRNAs in the population possess such markedly similar conformational features that they exhibit common long range order.
