Mode of Action for Anti-lymphocyte Serum

Abstract

Recovery of the immune response both to sheep red blood cells and to skin homografts in mice treated with anti-lymphocyte serum is thymus-dependent. One result of this treatment is that thymus-derived cells are rendered temporarily ineffective.
