Carbon Tetrachloride Toxicity and Electron Capture

Abstract

THIS communication, suggests a possible connexion between two dissimilar fields of research: on the one hand the study of the toxic action of carbon tetrachloride and related compounds and, on the other, the study of “electron capture”, or negative ion formation, by organic compounds in the gas phase.
