Abstract
THE labelling of immune globulins with electron-dense substances has been used, by various investigators, as a means of localizing sites of antibody–antigen interaction in situ1,2. Singer3 conjugated ferritin and Pressman and Sternberg4 iodine to gamma globulin with the view of subsequent interaction with antigen.
