Abstract
SMALL stereotaxic lesions have been made unilaterally in each of the three cerebellar nuclei in a series of cats. After a survival period of 8–15 days, the animals were killed by intracarotid perfusion of 10 per cent formalin under anaesthetic. In each case, the cerebellum was cut in serial frozen section at 100μ and stained by the Nissl method. Projection drawings from these sections made it possible to localize and reconstruct the lesion.
