Lowering of Immunity in Sheep following Injections of Chlorambucil

Abstract

THE effects of amino-chlorambucil, an alkylating agent, on the establishment of homografts of haemopoietic tissue in rabbits have been described by Cree1. The preliminary experiments described here illustrate the effectiveness of a related compound, chlorambucil, in suppressing certain immunological responses in the sheep.
