Abstract
6-AMINONICOTINAMIDE (6-AN), a potent nicotinamide antagonist1,2, was tested for its activity against vaccinia virus, viral cytopathic effects not having been demonstrated in vaccinia-infected tissue cultures in the presence of small amounts of the compound.
