Abstract
MYCOBACTERIOPHAGES are generally known to lack specificity. However, due to chance isolation or to selection by enrichment with certain types of Mycobacteria, isolation of bacteriophages specific for Mycobacterium phlei, M. pellegrini and M. tuberculosis var. hominis and bovis was reported.
