Abstract
PRESENT knowledge concerning the graft-versus-host reaction has been derived chiefly from examination of the consequences of injecting homologous adult lymphoid cell suspensions into tolerant hosts1–4. We have attempted further investigation of this phenomenon in so far as it may occur when morphologically intact lymphoid tissue is transplanted.
