Abstract
WIDE interest has been demonstrated in the antigen–antibody ‘microspot’ test on agar gel-coated cover-glasses1. The technique has now been extended to permit use of cellulose acetate membranes, the advantages of which over agar gel for immuno-precipitation purposes has been pointed out by Kohn2.
