Abstract
USING the Ouchterlony plate technique1, Moloney and Aprile2, Steigerwald et al.3, and recently Jones and Cunliffe4, have demonstrated precipitin reactions between insulin and anti-insulin sera raised in horses, rabbits, and guinea pigs respectively. Ship et al.5 have also recorded a weak reaction with serum from an insulin-resistant diabetic patient in coma.
