Abstract
THE protein constitution of exudates and transudates has been dealt with in a previous paper1. It was observed that the most peculiar property is the occurrence in the exudates of conjugated proteins with well-defined physical and physico-chemical characteristics. It has also been shown2 that these conjugated proteins are the basis of the positivity of the Rivalta test.
