Abstract
IN an attempt to learn more of the detailed chemical structure of human blood-group substances and of the relationship of structure to serological specificity, the products of partial acid hydrolysis of these important biological materials are being examined. Preliminary observations on the isolation of five nitrogen-containing disaccharides from group A substance are reported here.
