Abstract
THE method whereby autoradiograms are obtained by covering histological sections with photographic emulsion1 has been improved or modified for specific needs2–7. In our laboratory, the inversion technique3 has gained considerably in definition and ease of operations by substituting the emulsion from Kodak High Contrast Positive film for that of Matrix film (Eastman Kodak Co.) which contains a yellow dye.
