Abstract
THE opening sentences of the recent note1 in which Prof. Le Gros Clark records certain observations about the milk canines of the South African fossil hominoids seem to imply that he has misunderstood both the sense and aim of my previous communication2. In the interests of accuracy, may I be permitted to reiterate certain facts?
