Abstract
A METHOD for the derivation of an ‘index of renal tubular activity' has recently been suggested by Barclay and Kenney1. An alternative method of deriving this index, which is suggested in this note, lends support to Barclay and Kenney‘s claim that their ratio represents tubular activity.
