Abstract
DURING a preliminary investigation of the electrophoretic behaviour of the crystalline myosin prepared according to Szent-Györgyi1 we found, in a Tiselius electrophoresis cell, that myosin was negatively charged when dissolved in potassium chloride at pH 7·1.
