Abstract
IN the nineteenth annual report of the Forestry Commission for the year ending September 30, 1938 (London: H.M. Stationery Office, 1939), there are some interesting particulars on private forestry. Seven eighths of the woodlands in Great Britain, it is stated, are privately owned.
