Abstract
“ANIMAL TREASURE” is not a chronological narrative of a sojourn in the wilderness, although naturally some regard has to be paid to the lapse of time. It is a most readable and lively account of some of the things seen and heard by the author and his two companions during a stay of about eleven months in the forest of the Cameroons and for the most part at a distance of about 250 miles from the coast.
