Abstract
SINCE surface active substances are among the most active pharmacologically (Michaelis and Rona1) we may expect that surface active substances in the organism may be likewise of great importance. It occurred to me that the adsorptive capacity of the great surfaces of foams might be employed in the concentration of such substances, and I have developed a simple technique for this purpose.
