Abstract
PROF. J. BASIL BTJXTON, professor of animal pathology in the University of Cambridge, and director of the Institute of Animal Pathology and of the University Field Laboratories, Cambridge, has been appointed acting principal and acting dean of the Royal Veterinary College from September 25, and to succeed Sir Frederick Hobday as principal and dean on the retirement of Sir Frederick after the opening of the main block of the new college buildings.
