Abstract
THE New Zealand Freshwater Research Committee commenced in 1932 to investigate the mortality occurring up to the fry stage in the life-histories of wild Brown Trout (Salmo trutta), Rainbow Trout (S. irideus) and Quinnat Salmon (Oncorhynchus tschawytscha).
