Lettsom: his Life, Times, Friends and Descendants

Abstract

THIS fine volume by a well-known London surgeon is the outcome of four year's study which has been obviously and admittedly a labour of love. It will be difficult to find another work of medical biography which gives such a vivid and sympathetic picture not only of the principal character but also of hfe associates and times.

Lettsom: his Life, Times, Friends and Descendants.
