Abstract
BY the British Draft Convention submitted to the Disarmament Conference at Geneva on March 16 by Mr. MacDonald, chemical, incendiary and bacterial warfare is prohibited on the lines already accepted by the Conference. It is therefore of particular interest now to consider the replies of the Pilotti Special Committee to a questionnaire on chemical, incendiary and bacterial weapons submitted to this Committee by the Bureau of the Disarmament Conference. The Special Committee's report* is an important document, and its study should assist to engender a sane and healthy opinion on an essential aspect of disarmament.
